Simulate and test your webchat experience right here. Once you've set up a channel in the console, use this page to instantly validate its look, feel, and live behaviour on the fly.
To begin, grab your channel's publishable key from the GotBot console under Channels → your webchat channel → Keys, paste it into the field below, and hit Start simulation.
The launcher appears in the corner once a key resolves. Your key is remembered on this page so a reload resumes the same simulation; “Clear simulation” forgets it and that tenant's local session.
This is the one line a tenant adds to their site — the same key you entered, ready to
